Editing Aftermarket Seat Installation (section)

=What you need:=

*2 x NOS brand seats if you want to do it like me and not have much dramas
*8 x spacers, which I made at work from a bit of scrap 316 stainless steel 25mm round bar.  They are 15 mm thick. I feel it is a bit too thick, I think you could get away with 8 - 10 mm thick
*8 x M8 30mm long HIGH TENSILE bolts I cant stress this enough use HIGH TENSILE for this remember you dont want the bolts snapping in an accident and sending you flying  
*8 x M8 washers
*3 or 4 M8 spring washers for the hand brake 
*a round file
*non height adjustable drivers seat rails

-and about 1.5 hours to do both if you don't mess around and sus it out before you start.

Here is the hard part - the spacers.  One of my seats came with spacers but I already had made up mine earlier.
