==Prothane== http://www.prothane.com Prothane sells rear control arm bush kits and subframe bush kits for the Z31 that works on HR31's and South African SGLi models with the IRS rear end.
Kit 14-101 - Rear subframe bushing kit (listed for '84-'89 300ZX Z31)
Kit 14-303 - Rear lower control arm bushing kit (listed for '84-'89 300ZX Z31)

Both kits need quite a bit of work taking out the old bushes though.
- On the subframe, the rubber part and the metal outer sleeve should be removed before fitting the kit - it includes the inner crush tubes.
- On the control arms, you need to cut and burn out the rubber without damaging the outer sleeve or crush tube as both of these need to be re-used.
For the subframe bushes to fit nicely as they should, the shoulder of the bottom bush (one with the shamfer on the centre hole) should be machined down from a thickness
of 16.7mm to 11mm and the shoulder of the top bush from 15.3mm to 10mm. This is just a rough guideline of how I did it.

Just note that the Prothane subframe bushes gives an incredibly harsh ride. Every sound from the diff and road will get into the cabin. Good for the track, not so great for the road.
