How to change panhard:

Jack rear of car off ground, I suggest at the chassis rails, with the front wheels well chocked. The rear tyres will both be off the ground, giving no handbrake/park brake/engine brake, so make sure it cannot move, since you'll be under it.

There are 2 bolts for the panhard, one connecting to passenger side suspension on differential, the other connects to the body to a welded subframe in front of fuel tank.

The connection to the diff is a stud, with a 17mm nut towards back of car.
The connection to body is a bolt with an antispin thing on it, and a nut towards front of car, also 17mm.

Once the car is stable to work under, undo the body nut. I recommend a 1/2 inch breaker bar and socket. Once the nut is removed, tap out the bolt ( or try pulling it out ). My panhard rod did not fall once this bolt was knocked out of place, however, don't be under it when you do this, remove the drivers side rear wheel to gain safe access.

The nut on the stud on diff simply undoes. Getting the panhard off the stud requires a fair bit of effort, I shook the bar back and forwards to slowly pull the bar off the stud. You could try turning it as well.

Once that is off, the bar simply comes out. Put the replacement bar onto the stud, probably some oil/grease will help, chuck the nut on loose. Note the bar has a larger hole at one end for this.

Then rotate the other end of the bar up into the subframe body mount. The hole through the body might line up to the sway bar, otherwise, if the panhard hole is to the left of the body hole, jack up the left wheel ( I jacked the trailing arm), until it lines up. If its to the right, I presume you could jack the right wheel, but have not confirmed this.

Tighten all bolts up, gregories has the torque settings, i settled for as stiff as possible.
