If all flicker lengths are the same, then it confirms that all circuits are ok.

st flicker - revolution sensor circuit

nd flicker - speed sensor circuit

rd flicker - throttle sensor circuit

th flicker - shift solenoid A circuit

th flicker - shift solenoid B circuit

th flicker - over run clutch solenoid circuit

th flicker - lock up solenoid circuit

th flicker - fluid temp sensor or automatic transmission power circuit is damaged

th flicker - engine revolution signal circuit

th flicker - line pressure solenoid circuit

If all flickers are on for a time of 1 second each - battery is low, or wrongly connected, or has been off for a long time.
