1 Take out old seats and pull them apart. You need some of the pieces.

2 You need these nuts and bolts for each seat. M8x20mm high tensile bolts.

3 Re-drill the inside holes on each side of the seat and grind off the part of the outside rail shown. I used an 8.5mm drill bit.

4 Bolt the outside rail to the outside of the seat using a nut as a spacer. You could also use a spacer, but I didn't have any.

5 Bolt up the part that you removed from the inside of each seat using a nut and bolt with a bolt spacer.

6 Bolt the other rail to the bottom of this using the existing holes.

7 Bolt the fucker back in. You may need to mess about with the rails to get the seat straight but it's easy enough. The seats are about an inch higher than standard.
